Location: Tottenham

Employment Type: Permanent Full-time

Hours: Full-time hours, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Administrative Assistant to join our close-knit, supportive team on a permanent full-time basis. This hands-on role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to grow with the business long-term, supporting both office and warehouse operations, including debtor management, purchasing, and general administration.

The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and thrives both independently and collaboratively. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact across multiple areas of the business, ensuring processes run smoothly and documentation is accurate, while becoming a valued member of a team that genuinely supports each other and celebrates success together.

Key Responsibilities

* Supporting warehouse operations and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the ERP system.
* Assisting with purchasing activities, including Kanban and routine purchase orders, ensuring all documentation is complete and correctly recorded.
* Preparing, reviewing, and issuing monthly customer statements with a high level of accuracy.
* Assisting in managing debtor accounts, following up overdue invoices, and maintaining clear, well-documented records.
* Providing coverage and administrative support to other team members as required.
* Performing general administrative duties including filing, data entry, document control, and record management.
* Assisting with internal communications and contributing to efficient office workflows through consistent and accurate documentation.
* Help keep the office vibe upbeat – support a positive, collaborative team environment where everyone enjoys working together.

Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in an administrative or accounts support role.

* ERP system and warehouse environment experience highly regarded.

* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

* Confident communicator with a mature, professional approach.

* Experience in debtor management and sending statements.

* Flexible and willing to assist in other areas of the business when required.

* Understanding of Kanban purchasing processes is an advantage.
