You will manage high-volume FF&E projects from concept through to handover, working alongside our team of dedicated procurement and logistics specialists in our Fitzroy studio.

THE POSITION
This highly collaborative, client-facing role requires a solid background in FF&E and interiors within a leading design studio, ideally with experience in hotel, PBSA, Build-to-Rent or accommodation sectors.
You will confidently manage relationships with clients, architects, consultants and suppliers throughout all stages of design and delivery.
Responsibilities include:
* FF&E design, selection and specification
* Preparing presentations, schedules and documentation
* Managing project timelines, budgets and deliverables
* Coordinating with clients, consultants and suppliers
* Working closely with procurement and logistics teams
THE CRITERIA
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3–5 years' FF&E experience in a high-performing interiors-based role
* Strong knowledge of international and local furniture brands and manufacturers
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyTertiary qualification in Interior Design
