What You'll Do
* Deliver an exceptional, friendly, and genuine customer experience – every time.
* Engage with customers from first contact to handover – building relationships that last.
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales, finance, and accessory targets.
* Confidently present the Ford range, highlight key features, and arrange test drives.
* Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups using dealership systems.
* Collaborate closely with the sales, finance, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery.

What You'll Bring
* Proven sales experience (automotive preferred, but not essential).

* Current NT driver's license.
