We are seeking an experienced Head of IT & Business Systems to join our senior management team.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer this role is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and day to day operational management of IT and business systems across the organisation.
This role balances both strategy and operations, and is pivotal to ensuring the technology infrastructure business systems landscape enables the organisation to deliver high-quality residential aged care and home and community care services.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and management; working with the CFO and existing IT partners to develop and execute IT strategy and lead digital transformation initiatives.
Technology Management; ensure integrity, security and efficient operation of the IT infrastructure and systems.
Business Systems; manage the development, implementation and maintenance of business systems.
Project Management; oversee IT projects from conception to completion.
Stakeholder Engagement; key liaison between IT and other organisational stakeholders and third-party providers.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and business systems in a medium-sized organisation.
Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in aged care and community care services, is desirable.
Proven track record in managing an IT and Business Systems Function, with a focus on leveraging integration and automation.
Strong management and communication abilities, with the capacity to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
A collaborative and flexible style, with a strong service mentality.
