The work
The key responsibility of this role is to ensure that the maintenance and regular servicing occurs on all our diesel fleet vehicles, equipment, and machinery including Elevated Work Platforms (EWP), tippers, chippers, specialised all‐terrain equipment, and excavators. You will rotate throughout the day between duties such as:
* Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs (mechanical + minor body)
* Servicing and maintaining diesel fleet, plant and machinery
* Working on transmissions, driveline and sub-assemblies
* Repairing and maintaining hydraulic systems, steering, suspension and braking
* Testing and adjusting equipment for safe, reliable performance
* Ensuring compliance with WHS, environmental and client requirements
* Clear career pathway – open to Trades Assistants stepping up

* Work on specialised fleet – EWPs, heavy plant + unique equipment
