The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Business Support position located in our Brisbane office. Reporting to the National Manager for Business Support and Site Services this individual will be a trusted self-starter. The role will be responsible for a range of administrative duties, including reception coverage, business supporting initiatives and customer support.
The highest levels of personal and professional conduct and adherence to Boeing Behavioral standards are required at all times.
**Responsibilities**:
- Administer the desk booking software and provide occupancy reporting.
- Track and update facility First Aid Officer and Fire Warden staffing levels.
- Perform reception coverage duties, as required
- Provide reports and administrative support to Site Services and Business Support team.
- Support the financial processing including invoicing, purchases orders and management of budgetary records.
- Provide support for processing invoices, purchase orders and track expenditure for Integrated Facilities Management Services.
- Provide support for processing, track and report on rental, electricity and water data costs and usage for Boeing commercial sites.
- Provide support for daily management of building maintenance issues including working with suppliers and ordering stock.
Experience/Qualifications
- Strong facility administrative experience of at least 3 years
- Experience working with spreadsheets and financial processing.
- Strong organizational ability of both self and ability to organize individual and group administration.
