Project Management is a key function for the business to execute and deliver SAP solutions projects across a diverse range of industries.

Tasks and Responsibilities To project manage the execution of single and multi-disciplinary SAP projects including project planning, tracking, and oversight to ensure project(s) are completed on schedule and within budgetPrepare and monitor installation schedules and timelines resulting in on-time and on-budget delivery to our customersManage, interact with, and if necessary direct all relevant project consultants to ensure all customer expectations and agreed deliverables are met.Manage the processes associated with an effective and functional document control system including but not limited to Project Management hand-over, Administration, Documentation, Customer Support and Project ClosuresFacilitate regular aggregated internal Project Progress reportingLiaising and negotiating with all relevant BPOs of our customers about contractual requirementsCommunicate clearly, professionally and demonstrate the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Develop and improve project delivery processes and procedures in line with our project methodologies.
Skills and Experience Proven experience in project management with ideally a minimum of five years in the delivery of medium-scale, complex IT projectsSAP experience requiredDemonstrated experience managing large projects, performing project planning, tracking, and oversight to ensure project(s) are completed on schedule and within budgetExperience working with productivity and methodology tools that increase project efficiency and effectivenessExperience working with techniques and approaches related to the architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phasesExemplary communication, time-management, analytical and problem-solving skills to interact with all relevant stakeholders on a technical and non-technical level to build successful relationshipsGood human relations and leadership skills to train, guide, motivate and mentor the work of project personnelLegal right to work in Australia is a pre-requisite and there should be a clear reference if you are applying from overseas.
