As a Maintenance Lead Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our communities. Your primary responsibility will be to carry out general upkeep and repair tasks, working closely with Community Association Managers to assess and complete maintenance and improvement projects.
Some key aspects of this role include:
* Conducting regular site visits to identify and address maintenance needs
* Developing and implementing effective maintenance plans to ensure optimal community conditions
* Collaborating with teams to resolve complex maintenance issues
* Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and project progress
* Communicating effectively with community members and staff to ensure seamless operations
Skills and Experience Required
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) with a valid US driver's license
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with a strong focus on maintenance and repair
