Practice Nurse Leadership Opportunity
This role encompasses strategic leadership and oversight of daily nursing services, fostering a collaborative environment and driving clinical excellence within our medical centre.
Working closely with General Practitioners and Practice Manager, you will coordinate clinical operations, manage workflow and resources to deliver high-quality patient care.
* Provide visionary leadership and effective management to a team of nurses.
* Optimize treatment room efficiency and safety through staffing strategies.
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance the nursing team's skills and competence.
* Collaborate with GPs on health assessments, care planning and disease management initiatives.
* Maintain adherence to strict clinical standards and quality benchmarks.
