Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Landscaper to construct and oversee fence construction on major developments. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Operations Manager/Supervisor to achieve daily targets and milestones.
The successful candidate will have experience in fencing and landscaping, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. You will be responsible for constructing fencing to best practice, specification, and as directed, as well as carrying out general landscape duties as required.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Construct fencing to best practice, specification, and as directed.
* Carry out general landscape duties as required.
* Submit daily paperwork with accurate data.
* Coordinate material deliveries.
* Follow WH&S procedures and practices, and implement the required procedures if necessary.
* Be aware of daily construction targets/milestones and support your Supervisor in driving the daily construction targets/milestones.
* Supervise subcontractors as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in fencing and landscaping.
* Strong knowledge of WH&S procedures and practices.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
