About you:
In your new role you will
* Provide leadership and direction of personnel working within your oral health team. Also maintain and apply effective interpersonal skills to facilitate the provision of a friendly, caring environment for the treatment of patients/clients.
* Liaise/interact with other members of oral health team, Hospitals and Community Health Services, and where possible, collaborate with other private and government agencies in oral health issues.
* Continue updating skills and knowledge by attending seminars, lectures and by other appropriate educational tools and encouraging professional development of member of oral health team.
About your role:
* Provide mentorship and supervision of dental students if required.
* Facilitate education and professional development of members of the oral health team.
* To utilise and ensure compliance with contemporary human resource management practice and principles including workplace health and safety, equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination requirements.
