About the Role:
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Pick Packer + Stock Controller to join our friendly team in Tullamarine Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting the flow of goods to our clients across Asia and the Middle East.
This is a permanent full-time position, onsite from Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with receiving, unpacking and checking incoming stock.
* Stock rotation, ensuring first in first out.
* Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
* Coordinate with freight providers to ensure timely deliveries.
* Maintain accurate stock records in internal systems.
* Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
* Organise and prepare sample shipments for customers.
* Perform scheduled stocktakes and reconcile discrepancies.
* Keep the warehouse tidy, safe and well-organised.
* Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day warehouse and logistics tasks.

* Strong warehousing experience.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
* A proactive, reliable team player with a "can do" attitude.
* Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Experience with stock management systems.
