This role is FIFO from Perth, Darwin and/or Brisbane.

DUTIES INVOLVED
* All aspects of food preparation & dinner service on shift
* Working alongside our clients while ensuring a safe & operational camp
* Completing stock takes, involvement in ordering and receiving of goods, and general reporting to head office as instructed, liaising with on‐site managers and guests
* Co‐ordinating with other kitchen staff as required, ensuring daily prep is carried out safely and correctly
* Overseeing successful service of quality meals during shift
* Ensuring high standards of food safety and HACCP guidelines are met and adhered to at all times
* Liaising with suppliers & stakeholders to ensure the smooth day to day running of the camp
* Overseeing and managing the camp wet mess and general store operations
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
* Current driver's licence – manual preferred but not essential
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Current Australian Federal Police Check – valid within past 6 months
* Food Safety Documentation
* Ability to undergo and pass a pre‐employment medical including a drug & alcohol screening
* Ability to obtain Australian defence clearances
We are looking for people with:
* Solid understanding of HSE, Food Safety systems and Reporting
* Previous Camp or Village Management experience; good computer skills and ability/willingness to learn software platforms
* Adaptability to changing situations
* Flexibility on a variety of rosters/shifts
* A strong passion for cooking & attention to detail
* Team player with high standards in terms of food quality and presentation and cooking experience who can showcase our company values
