Job Title: Service Delivery Manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of commercial buildings, shopping centres, supermarkets, utility providers, and government premises. This includes managing a team of electricians, fire technicians, handypeople, and HVAC technicians to ensure timely service delivery, repairs, and maintenance.
* Operationally manage the maintenance trades service delivery within contractual key performance indicators (KPIs) and corporate occupational health and safety (OHS) expectations;
* Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences;
* Manage staff and subcontractors to ensure efficient and effective service delivery;
* Provide regular reporting to head office on service delivery, KPIs, and OHS metrics;
* Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction;
Requirements:
* A trade qualification in HVAC or electrician;
* Over 3 years' experience as a service manager or supervisor overseeing a team of 8+ mobile technicians;
* Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, staff, and stakeholders at all levels;
* An Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
