Selection criteria
Minimum one (1) year's experience in a room leader role or above
Experience in working in a remote community
Strong knowledge of child development and theories relating to children's learning
Communication skills and ability to lead a team
Evidence of having contributed to assessment and rating at meeting or exceeding level
Develop and evaluate high quality programs for children in line with recognised frameworks
Ability to advocate for children's rights and role model positive relationships with children
Requirements
Eligible to work in Australia and willing to relocate to Kununurra
Diploma in Early Childhood/ACECQA approved equivalent
