We're now seeking an established Property Manager ready to utilise their experience, stepping into a Business Development Manager role to generate new business and build long-term client relationships within our collaborative Darwin team.

About the role
You will play a key role in growing & nurturing our Property Management portfolio, by securing new listings and managing properties. This will entail both new lead generation by actively networking and building strong community relationships, as well as being provided with warm leads for you to convert. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role will see you engaging heavily with both Property Management and Sales teams.
About you
You will demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit office culture. You will be enthusiastic, innovative and comfortable networking and following up leads. The successful candidate will also be confident with technology, quick to learn new platforms and committed to delivering a high standard of service as you build a long-term career with Ray White Darwin.
While previous BDM experience is advantageous, it is not essential and training will be provided. You will bring property management experience, confidence engaging with a range of stakeholders and a proactive approach to generating and converting new business. You will hold a current Real Estate licence and thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple client relationships with professionalism and confidence.
