The Role
We’re looking for Scaffold Supervisors to join our cohesive and high-performing team, contributing to planned shutdowns, maintenance, and project work across various sites. This is a FIFO role from Perth, offering the chance to work on high-profile projects where your leadership will be key in driving safety, quality, and team performance on-site.

- Lead and supervise scaffolding teams
- Ensure safe and efficient execution of works
- Mentor and support team members to achieve high standards

About You
- Full Australian working rights
- Construction White Card
- Relevant trade qualification
- Current VOC (Desirable)
- S26 (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Working at Heights, Confined Space & Gas Test Atmosphere tickets
- Proven leadership experience with Tier One mining clients
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional, reliable, and safety-focused attitude
