* Permanent Part-Time positions available
* Opportunity to transition into a Full-Time role based on successful performance after 2 months

Key Responsibilities
Cook
* Preparing and cooking a variety of Mexican-inspired dishes to high standards
* Assisting with food preparation, portioning, and kitchen organisation
* Maintaining food quality, presentation, and consistency
* Ensuring kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations
Front of House (FOH)
* Greeting and seating customers with a friendly and professional attitude
* Taking food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems
* Delivering excellent table service and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
* Running food and drinks efficiently during service
* Assisting with opening and closing duties, cleaning, and table setup
* Working closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service
Bartender
* Preparing and serving cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
* Monitoring stock levels and assisting with bar setup and pack down
* Ensuring compliance with RSA and licensing regulations
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar hospitality role
* Availability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
* Passion for hospitality, food, and customer experience
* Current RSA certificate required for FOH and Bartender positions
* Full working rights in Australia
