Our organisation is seeking an experienced educator to lead high-quality learning experiences in conservation education. The successful candidate will deliver flexible and blended learning techniques to meet the changing needs of various client groups, with a focus on professional growth and career development opportunities.
* Deliver Certificate III Conservation and Ecosystem Management, Certificate III in Horticulture and Certificate III in Parks and Gardens courses
* Utilise flexible and distributed learning techniques for innovative delivery and assessment solutions
* Meet the changing needs of various client groups through adaptable teaching methods
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deliver quality client service. They will also possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a Graduate Certificate in Adult Education, and current industry experience in Conservation and Ecosystem Management or Horticulture.
