About this opportunity
* As a Fleet Sales Manager, you will be responsible for increasing Hyundai Motor Company Australia's market share by attaining incremental volume through Corporate and Government fleet sales.
You will build strong relationships with Dealers to develop and maintain a highly motivated network, capable of achieving all sales objectives as set by the company.
The role involves developing and managing regional business sales strategy to achieve specified sales volumes and financial targets, as well as designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the customer base and ensures strong market presence.
About the responsibilities
* Develop and manage regional business sales strategy to achieve specified sales volumes and financial budget targets.
* Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the customer base and ensures strong market presence.
* Actively prospect for new fleet business: State and Local Government, medium to large corporate fleets, and Not for Profit sales opportunities.
* Proactively drive incremental fleet sales within the Large Fleet, Not-for-Profit, and Government Vehicle Factual segments by engaging directly with end-user prospects and existing customers.
* Maintain regular visitation programs to existing fleet clients to ensure renewals are secured.
* Manage fleet budgets including vehicle replacements and associated costs.
* Assist dealers within the region to grow incremental fleet sales and penetrate local Primary Market Area fleets.
* Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding customer needs and partnering effectively.
* Present detailed monthly sales, revenue, expenses, and forecasts to the management team.
* Undertake structured visitation programs to prospects, clients, third parties (e.g., fleet management organisations), and dealers.
About the skills and qualifications
* 3-5 years experience in Corporate Fleet Sales, B2B sales or Business Development.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with large corporate and government clients.
* Proactive approach to sourcing and prospecting new clients and customers.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with the wider regional team and dealer network to drive fleet sales.
* Strong presentation skills, confident with presenting to senior management, with strong commercial rationale and well supported recommendations.
* Valid Australian Driver's License with the ability to Travel within WA to visit dealers and clients.
