* The roster: Full-Time Fixed-Term (12-month Maternity Leave Contract)
* As a Regional Retail Manager at RATIONALE, you will have a unique opportunity to lead from the forefront, driving revenue and fostering high-performing teams across your portfolio of Flagship stores in Australia.
* A key objective in this role is to identify opportunities and implement initiatives that cultivate a culture of exceptional leadership within RATIONALE Flagships. You will work closely with Flagship Managers to nurture their development into inspiring, passionate leaders who are committed to building and leading high-performing teams.
* As the primary driver of sales, you will coach your teams to meet key performance metrics while ensuring consistent revenue growth across your portfolio. You will take a proactive approach to support their success by offering guidance on delivering exceptional client experiences and executing effective sales strategies.
* Your commitment to operational excellence will ensure that your teams are well-prepared to provide a seamless client experience at every touchpoint.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Create and execute powerful short, mid and long-term sales strategies to accelerate growth for the Flagship Channel
* Strategize revenue driving activities to support the Flagship locations
* Take ownership of setting and maintaining Flagship P&L, FY Budgets, targets and Flagship Focuses
* Lead by executing the Client Journey Map and Service Standards ensuring Implementation across all Flagship Teams
* Maintain, protect, and evolve our highly distinctive Client Experience model that RATIONALE is known for, so it meets the needs of the business
* Take accountability for all expenditure and consistently educate Flagship Teams on how to achieve maximum profitability
* Develop and cultivate a high performing culture through inspirational leadership and the creation of strong Talent Pathways for high performing Team Members
* Play an active role in recruiting, developing, and retaining the best talent in industry
* Partner closely with the Education Team to drive training programs that deepen the knowledge & technical proficiency of the Flagship Teams
* Assist with the coordination of Events and initiatives across the Flagship Channel In conjunction with the Marketing Team
QUALIFICATIONS + EXPERIENCE
* Previous experience in an Area Manager/Regional Management role within a luxury fashion or beauty business
* Extensive experience managing a large Team
* Experience working with different software, reporting and POS systems (Netsuite, Booxi desirable)
* Proven ability to lead & effectively manage a team, achieving sales growth and increasing profitability
