About the role
This role exists to support a Senior Property Manager by managing arrears, lease renewals, CMA preparation and key administrative tasks. You will work autonomously, provide clear daily overviews, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks — without routine inspections or tenant or client facing duties.
Duties
* Manage arrears and follow-up communication
* Prepare CMAs and portfolio reports
* Coordinate lease renewals and documentation
* Schedule routines and key diary items
* Support mid and end-of-month processes
Skills & experience
* Property management experience essential
* Confident managing arrears and renewals
* Strong administration and reporting skills
* Property Management Licence preferred
* Comfortable working autonomously
