We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Brisbane office. This role is all about growing our property portfolio, building strong relationships with property owners, and driving measurable results. About the Role
As our BDM, your focus will be expanding our rent roll by connecting with property owners, converting leads, and maintaining long-term relationships. You’ll work closely with our sales and finance teams to generate leads and will also have the opportunity to prospect independently.
You’ll play a hands-on role in leasing properties, ensuring owners’ expectations are met and tenants are satisfied. To support your success, you will have access to offshore administrative assistance to manage time-consuming tasks, including paperwork, entry notices, advertising prep, and lease documentation—so you can focus on portfolio growth and results.
Your performance will be measured against KPIs, so this role is perfect for someone driven by achievement and motivated by tangible results.
Your Day-to-Day
* Generate and convert leads to grow our property portfolio
* Maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants
* Actively assist with leasing and on-market property management tasks
* Track and report on KPIs to measure growth and success
* Work closely with offshore admin support to streamline processes and reduce administrative workload
* Stay up to date with market trends and opportunities in the Brisbane property market
What You’ll Need
* Previous experience in Property Management (preferred) or strong exposure to the property industry
* Proven ability to drive results and meet KPIs
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Confident handling leasing responsibilities
* Self-motivated, proactive, and excited by growth opportunities
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
