The Consultant Nuclear Medicine Physician will help us provide the highest quality of care possible. The ideal candidate will be board certified in nuclear medicine and have experience working with a variety of patients. The Consultant will be responsible for performing nuclear medicine procedures, interpreting images, and providing consultation to referring physicians. The nuclear medicine physician will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction by providing compassionate care.
In addition, the physician will be responsible for inpatient management of patients under the General Medicine team as well as participating in the on-call physician roster. The job will be split between general medicine and nuclear medicine responsibilities.
Qualifications
* Board certified in nuclear medicine.
* Willing and able to participate in the on-call roster, undertaking on-call periods as agreed.
* Eligible for Fellowship with the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists.
* Registered with the Medical Board of Australia.

On‐off arrangement with a range of options within the package. Salary will be as in the EBA and offers the benefits which only a public hospital can provide.
