About the role:
In the role of a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for the maintenance of street furniture carried out in accordance with JCDecaux's policies and procedures and with a high degree of quality and OHS awareness.
A Day in the Life:
* Undertake works in accordance with JCDecaux's Integrated Management System
* Understand & follow all relevant SWMS & Procedures
* Work in compliance with all training required for role
* Collaborate with Supervisor when implementing or reviewing any methods of work, training programs, safe working procedures and operational procedures
* Ensure housekeeping is kept to the highest standard
* Report progress of work / tasks through the relevant applications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, reliability and discretion, interpersonal and time management skills
* Participate in employee consultation meetings such as Toolbox sessions
* Performance management, training and development, relationship building
About You:
You'll be someone who is motivated and have a high quality and safety focus. In addition to:
* Traffic management qualification(s)
* Drivers Licence (Open & MR)
* Sound communication skills
* Physically fit
* Computer Skills – Intermediate
* Flexibility, Reliability and Initiative
