We are currently seeking multiple experienced and committed Home Care Workers travelling to clients' homes withintheGeelong and Bellarine Peninsularegion working alongsideour clients enhancing their health/well-being and enabling them to stay in their own homes.

We are offering casual roles with a view to permanent part-time for suitable candidates.
Duties will include personal care requiring manualhandling, domestic assistance, social support, meal preparation, medication assistance and transportation.
Experience with Dementia and Mental Health will be advantageous.
Our ideal candidates will have availabilityacross the 7-day roster with hours worked between 7:00am - 6:00pm, but we are flexible to fit in with your work/life balance.
A passion for assisting the elderly to remain independent in their own homes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Certificate III in Aged Care (desired for Carer services) Current Certificates in First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain Driver's licence and own reliable vehicle Willing to undertake training, including hoists and assisting with medications Eligibility to work in Australia Preferred Skills Medication Competency preferred Experience working with Aged and persons with a disability.
