Process Coordinator Opportunity


About the Role
Are you a meticulous process coordinator with a passion for detail and customer satisfaction? We're on the lookout for a proactive and dedicated professional to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract role.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in process coordination, supporting the delivery of high-quality services to key customers. You'll play a vital role in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, working closely with stakeholders to guarantee timeliness and accuracy.
Responsibilities

* Coordinating meetings and tracking actions
* Maintaining and updating administrative documents and project artefacts
* Processing devices, updating tickets, and assisting with service management workflows
* Interpreting data and presenting insights to support informed decision-making
* Supporting quality checks and audits to maintain high standards
* Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting
