Position Overview
We have one permanent full-time position available at our Lismore campus. The successful candidate will be able to work all shifts on a rotating roster.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
* Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment, including infection control standards.
* Ability to assign tasks, establish standards, train staff, and manage performance.
* Strong communication skills for interacting with staff, patients, and other departments.
* Skills in rostering, inventory management, and record-keeping.
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in a challenging environment.
