Technical Oracle HCM Consultant Role

We are seeking Technical Oracle HCM Consultants to join a project in Australia. Roles can be based anywhere in Australia or onsite in our Sydney office.
Key Skills and Experience
* Oracle Cloud HCM development, support, and maintenance with specialist application knowledge and systems integration experience.
* Experience working in the HR domain, including Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance, Absence, Time and Leave, and Benefits modules.
* Expertise in PHQ Fast Formulae extension, updating, support, and maintenance.
* Australian payroll/legislation knowledge is an added advantage.
* Advanced analysis, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and consultative skills.
* Good understanding and hands-on knowledge of HCM extracts, OTBI, and BIP reports.
* Passion for quality design, coding standards, and good documentation.
* Prior experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite is highly valued.
* Agile and persistent team experience is highly valued.
