This position involves managing brand and loyalty programs, providing administrative support to the Front Office Management Team and Guest Service Agents, dealing with guest enquiries and requests, and answering and directing calls in a timely manner.
We are seeking an individual with excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills, a customer service focus, and ability to work in a team environment. Experience with Opera or similar PMS systems is highly desirable.
