It also features the latest innovation and services, including recovery zones, sound bath, business lounge, co‐working spaces, health food café, personal trainers, instructors, nutritionists and other health professionals.
The gig

In a nutshell:
You'll put together a planned preventative maintenance schedule for the building shell, fixtures, fittings and surrounding grounds
You'll oversee the completion of minor repairs and reactive maintenance, ensuring all is tracked
You'll manage contractors to ensure they achieve agreed outcomes and operate safely, providing a fully functional, compelling and safe environment for our members and team members
You'll raise awareness about the club's carbon footprint and provide solutions to reduce utility consumption across electricity, gas, water and waste
You'll ensure electrical compliance and regularly report maintenance updates via checklists along with capex projections
All about you
You're experienced in building maintenance (including HVAC) and have a qualification in a technical trade (electrician, mechanical fitter, boilermaker, air‐con or refrigeration mechanic experience highly advantageous)
You're patient, level‐headed and cool under pressure with knowledge of regulatory compliance across facilities
