About the role
As the Store Training & Development Lead, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and uphold a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store, ensuring the delivery of high quality product and service solutions on every occasion, including :
Undertake and assist with the onboarding and induction of team members new to JB or new to role
Lead product training programs to ensure the sales team are well equipped to demonstrate and sell existing and emerging product categories.
Demonstrate, lead and coach a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the sale.
Utilise all available materials, tools and collateral to train the teams.
Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver day-to-day store operations
About you
Retail experience in high achieving teams
Passion for training and developing people
Willingness to facilitate and partake in training sessions
Unerring passion for creating great customer experiences
