Conveyancing Professional
We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Professional to join our team. As a key member of the Property division, you will work closely with clients and other solicitors to manage commercial acquisitions and sales, rural and residential conveyancing.
The Role
* Deal directly with clients, preparing initial correspondence, searches, settlement statements, and PEXA settlements.
* Liaise with other solicitors, financiers, and complete final letters and billing clients.
* Manage files, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Your Expertise
You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Conveyancing or Property Paralegal roles within a law firm. Our firm provides mentoring support when needed.
