Job Description
Poultry farm managers and assistant farm managers are sought after to oversee day-to-day operations of tunnel-ventilated broiler farms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team to ensure cost-effective and efficient bird production.
* Collaborate with farm management to provide support as an assistant farm manager.
* Maintain safety, health, environment, and quality standards.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A minimum of two years' supervisory experience in broiler or breeder farms is required. Relevant certification or applicable experience is also necessary.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Knowledge of safety, health, environment, and quality standards.
* Right to work in Australia.
