Your new role:
This position provides state-wide leadership in clinical education, training and evidence-based practice to support high-quality assistive technology outcomes through the Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme (MASS).
Lead and deliver advanced clinical education and training for MASS prescribers across Queensland, spanning multiple disciplines
Develop and coordinate education initiatives (e.g. webinars, workshops, conferences) aligned to evidence-based practice and emerging trends
Support clinical best practice, research and service improvement in assistive technology and disability services
Collaborate with Clinical Advisors and stakeholders to strengthen capability, consistency and consumer-focused outcomes across MASS
About you:
You are an experienced allied health professional with strong clinical credibility and a passion for education, innovation and service improvement in assistive technology.
Advanced clinical knowledge and experience in assistive technology and disability-related practice, underpinned by evidence-based care
Demonstrated ability to design, deliver and evaluate complex clinical education and training programs
Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence practice state-wide
Proven leadership capability in service improvement, research translation and the development of clinical workforce capability
