About the Job
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Manager to continue driving brand growth and deliver customers with a best-in-class digital experience.
As our Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of our 6 direct to customer stores, leading initiatives to grow traffic, boost conversion, and drive customer retention.
You will also manage our CRM and Paid Media. This full-time role reports into our Marketing Director and is based in Brisbane, QLD, with flexibility for some remote work.
Responsibilities
* Lead and execute the sales strategy and customer communications calendar to drive incremental sales.
* Inventory management and forecasting.
* Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to identify optimisation opportunities.
* Manage our CRM and work with our Digital Designer to brief in and execute all email and SMS.
* Lead the Paid Media strategy with execution and strategy support from the Growth Team.
* Work with the Marketing Director, VP of Growth, and VP of Product on the roadmap of site enhancements, innovations, and compliance projects.
* Support in the management of our TikTok Shop and Amazon stores.
* Contribute to new product development that further establishes us as the global leader in self-tanner.
Qualifications
* 5 years' experience within a fast-paced Ecommerce or Digital Marketing role.
* Proficient in using Shopify, GA4, and Klaviyo.
* Adaptable to changing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to challenge the status quo for the benefit of customers and the business.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
