Job Title: Carer Consultant
Role Overview:
As a Carer Consultant, you will play a vital role in representing the carer perspective in committees and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent the carer perspective in committees and meetings.
* Work with stakeholders and service providers to improve clinical service delivery.
* Facilitate carer feedback and participation in service improvement initiatives.
* Co-facilitate the lived experience advisory group.
* Identify and engage relevant carer networks.
Requirements:
* Lived experience as a primary carer of a consumer of mental health services.
* Strong interest in improving the carer and consumer experience.
* Excellent communication skills for working with diverse mental health stakeholders.
