Key responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Finance (MYOB & Xero)
* Multiple entities
* Maintain and update records in MYOB & Xero (we’re moving from MYOB to Xero)
* Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
* Reconcile inter-entity transactions and loan balances
* Manage accounts payable and schedule payments in NAB Connect
* Prepare information for accountants and advisers
Administration & Communication
* Prepare professional emails and letters from notes or dictation
* Liaise with accountants, lawyers, and other external professionals
* Maintain organised digital filing systems and records
Property & Investment Administration
* Assist with administration of investment properties
* Liaise with property managers and service providers including insurance broker
* Track property expenses and maintain records
Executive Assistant Support
* Spreadsheet preparation and tracking
* Travel and accommodation bookings
* General administrative support as required

Essential experience
* Strong MYOB & Xero bookkeeping experience
* Experience reconciling inter-entity transactions and loan accounts
* Accounts payable and reconciliation experience
* Excellent written communication skills
* Strong Excel skills
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
Highly regarded
* Experience working with multiple entities or family office environments
* Property administration experience
* Bookkeeping or accounting qualifications
