Civil Legal Secretary

This is a part-time opportunity to provide administrative support to legal practitioners. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings, managing diaries, and preparing correspondence.

Key responsibilities include:

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records electronically and manually;
* Providing administrative assistance to legal practitioners;
* Coordinating meetings and maintaining schedules;
* Preparing correspondence and other documents as required;

The ideal candidate will possess strong secretarial skills, including typing and document management. A Tasmanian registration to work with vulnerable people is also essential.
