THE COMPANY
Join a global apparel powerhouse headquartered in the UK, responsible for the end‑to‑end production and international licensing of several well known global fashion brands across mens, womens, and kidswear.
With a rapidly expanding international footprint of 1,500+ stores across multiple brands and significant year‑on‑year growth, the business is now entering the Australian retail market for the first time.
They are launching a quality store in the brand new ECQ Complex, backed by a major investment of approximately $750k.
This store will deliver a premium, full‑price aesthetic in an outlet environment, setting the benchmark for future expansion across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.
You'll join a small but high‑performing local team led by the Country Manager for Australia & New Zealand, who also oversees global e‑commerce.
With plans to open 5‑10 more stores in the next few years, the company offers exceptional long‑term growth opportunities.
THE ROLE
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for launching, operating, and growing the brand's first store in Australia.
This role is ideal for a strong store manager, who is ready to take the next step and grow into multi‑site or area management as expansion accelerates.
This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced, high‑volume apparel environment, requiring strong operational capability, initiative, and a genuine desire to build something from the ground up.
DAY‑TO‑DAY Lead all daily store operations in a high‑volume apparel setting.
Maintain full racks, strong stock availability, and high sell‑through performance.
Drive volume‑based sales.
Motivate and coach a team of approximately six staff.
Oversee stock management, replenishment, and operational processes.
Make independent decisions and resolve day‑to‑day issues with confidence.
Collaborate closely with the local merchandise team and the UK project manager during launch.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Apparel retail experience essential, ideally from high‑volume environments.
Proven Store Manager experience, with ambition to step up and grow.
Strong operational skill set: stock flow, product availability, VM, inventory management.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and volume KPIs.
Confident decision‑maker capable of working independently.
Customer service focused, with a commercially driven mindset.

SALARY
A base salary range of A$90,000.00‑A$100,000.00, with performance‑based rewards and growth opportunities.
