Your role centers on supporting people with disability to live meaningful lives and actively drive their own decisions and goals.About the roleThis Group Home service operates 24x7 - morning, day, evening and awake night shifts - it will depend of what you are looking for and the flexibility you need.
Our Northern Suburbs group homes are based across Ryde, Eastwood, Denistone, Epping, Macquarie Park, Marsfield and surrounding areas.Delivering personalised support in a group home setting (occasionally you may work across the Lifestyle/ day program)Assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication and manual handling using a variety equipment and aids.Supporting clients to engage and participate in their communitySupporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independentMonitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.Supporting clients with transport e.g. using CPA minivanBeing part of a fun and dynamic team
