**We're seeking an administrator to join our team in Tallebudgera Talleyhaven Aged Care Facility**
- As a key support role to the delivery of our services, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring business operations are run efficiently and our clients and residents receive an exceptional experience As an administrator, you will:
- Manage requests, concerns and enquiries
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource and other Blue Care systems and databases
- Support hiring and on-boarding administrative activities for your service/s
- Assist senior staff with special projects as required
**What you'll need**:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload
- Confidence with smart phone and digital devices or willingness to learn
- Qualifications, skills and experience in Administration or Business is not essential but highly desirable.
- Supporting our clients in the best way possible is important to us. To be employed by Blue Care, you will be required to complete the free NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement and provide a copy of your certificate on completion.**Supporting you to support others.**

**Selection Criteria**
- Desirable: Can you supply evidence of an up-to-date influenza vaccination & COVID 19 vaccination in accordance with the current Public Health Directive for Aged Care Facilities
- Desirable: If you are successful for this role, you may be required to undergo a series of pre-employment checks; that may include your Right to Work in Australia, Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and a Health Screening Questionnaire. Do you consent to this?
- Desirable: Do you have experience in customer service and/or have strong interpersonal skills?
- Desirable: Do you have intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office suite?
- Desirable: Do you have strong organisational skills and can effectively contribute as a member of a team in a fast-paced environments?
- Desirable: Do you have experience working in customer management, employee rostering & payroll systems, preferably in an aged care environment? Previous Procura/Kronos knowledge will be highly regarded
