This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Manager to join a dynamic organisation offering hybrid working arrangements, ongoing development opportunities and annual bonus potential. Reporting into senior leadership, the Finance Manager will oversee the day‐to‐day finance function while partnering closely with operational and commercial stakeholders across the business.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast‐paced environment and is confident balancing both hands‐on financial management and strategic commercial support.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee month‐end and year‐end financial reporting processes
* Prepare management reports, budgeting and forecastingli>
* Deliver financial analysis and commercial insights to support decision‐making
* Manage cashflow forecasting and financial planning activities
* Drive process improvement initiatives across finance operations
* Partner with operational stakeholders across the business
* Ensure compliance with statutory and reporting requirements
* Support leadership with strategic financial initiatives and business performance analysis
* Assist in driving efficiencies and improving reporting systems and controls
About You
* CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)
* Proven experience within a Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant role
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
* Experience within manufacturing, distribution, consumer products or similar industries highly regarded
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to operate in a fast‐paced, evolving environment
* Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience
