Business Development Manager (Horticulture)
to lead the charge in the Darling Downs region.
What You'll Do:
* Developing and executing sales strategies to expand our horticultural customer base.
* Building strong relationships with growers, resellers, and distributors.
* Providing technical advice and product support to ensure customers get the best outcomes.
* Identifying new opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive growth.
* Collaborating closely with our Product Development and Technical teams to bring customer feedback to life.
What You'll Bring:
* Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or related field.
* 10+ years' experience in horticulture, irrigation, or agricultural sales.
* Proven record in business development or territory sales roles.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage customer relationships end to end.
* Self-driven, with a hands-on attitude and a passion for the industry.
* Based in Toowoomba, Gatton, or the Darling Downs region, with flexibility to travel.
