We're looking for an Onsite Print Valet to provide on-site support for one of our key clients based in Wollongong. Based primarily in their main campus library, you'll be the go-to person for print support, troubleshooting, and keeping everything running smoothly across the site. This is a casual role offering full-time hours, and full training will be provided, perfect if you're looking to build your skills in a supportive environment.

The role
As An Onsite Print Valet, You Will
Provide technical support - Help students and staff with printer and copier issues, ensuring quick, effective solutions.
Manage toner and consumables - Deliver and monitor stock across campus and nearby locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot faults - Keep printers and copiers operational and minimise downtime.
Deliver great customer service - Be a friendly and reliable point of contact for the campus community.
Manage kiosks and cash handling - Oversee two on-campus cashiers, including EFTPOS system maintenance, balancing, and banking.
Provide additional services - Offer binding and laminating services for students and staff.
Collaborate and report - Document service activities and liaise with the university IT and support teams to keep processes seamless.
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you:
Have a technical mindset and enjoy solving problems (experience with printer maintenance is a bonus, but not essential)
Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly
Are organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Are proactive and adaptable, ready to take on a variety of tasks each day
