Based out of our newly updated Balcatta store, you will be joining a high energy, supportive team, working collaboratively to deliver outstanding customer service to drive in store sales.

* As our Sales Assistant, this role will see you:
* promptly meet and greet customers, understanding their purchasing needs.
* assist with general customer product queries.
* present our range of products, highlighting their features and benefits.
* process sales, ensuring our service exceeds customer expectations.
* assist in stock management, merchandising and store presentation.
The successful candidate

* Our ideal candidate for the Sales Assistant role will demonstrate:
* experience in a retail customer service or sales role with knowledge of/ interest in products like e-scooters and bikes, smart home appliances, drones, smart watches etc.
* exceptional communication skills to engage with and support customers via phone and email.
* providing a first-class customer experience, always working with integrity.
* an outgoing, friendly personality to easily build rapport with customers.
* the ability to work a 7-day roster up to 25hrs a week.
