Surveillance Operations Role
The primary objective of the Surveillance Operator is to monitor, investigate, and report on incidents related to casino revenue, patron and employee safety, illicit activities, and gaming operations.
* Responsibilities include working in an environment that demands concentrated effort, demonstrating proficiency in mathematical, analytical, and computer skills, including Microsoft software, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Additional requirements include holding a current Queensland Casino Employee or Key Employee Licence, being proficient in CCTV operating systems, and flexibility to work across a 24-hour roster.
