Build a career with purpose and drive meaningful change in the built environment. As a Project Management Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering strategic projects across various sectors, including education, health, retirement living, commercial, energy, defence, and social housing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide project management services, focusing on strategy, risk management, governance, design coordination, authority approvals, stakeholder engagement, and procurement and contracting processes to ensure successful project delivery.
* Support leadership and project management efforts for diverse clients, including government, institutional, and private sector entities, helping them achieve their property and development goals.
* Contribute to projects across various sectors, including education, health, retirement living, commercial, energy, defence, and social housing.
* Participate in significant capital projects, including new constructions, major refurbishments, and infrastructure upgrades, helping prepare procurement strategies, providing constructability insights, and assisting in project planning and risk management.
* Gain exposure to innovative housing models, including Build to Rent and Social and Affordable Housing initiatives.
* Explore and utilize new real estate and project management technology applications to enhance project delivery and client outcomes.
* Collaborate with other teams to support the execution of strategically important projects, fostering a team-oriented approach.
* Engage in projects that offer unique opportunities beyond traditional project management roles.


Skills and Qualifications:

* Minimum 2+ years' experience post University qualification in a property-related field such as project management, architecture, engineering, building, construction industry, or client side.
* A strong interest in project management within a consulting or client-side environment, with a desire to grow and develop within a dynamic team aiming to expand.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a property-related field, such as Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
* An eagerness to learn and expand your project advisory and management skills, particularly in a collaborative team setting.
* Analytical skills, effective emotional intelligence and communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
* Flexibility and adaptability to engage with a variety of projects, along with a proactive approach to supporting cross-team collaborations.
* A willingness to support internal initiatives including business development bid support, team presentations, and learning and development.
* Experience with Microsoft Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint desirable.
