Offer description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to support the financial operations and contract administration of our commercial and industrial property portfolio. This role works closely with Senior Executives, Property Managers, and the Property Development Team.

Key Responsibilities

* Accounts payable processing in MYOB Acumatica, including invoice coding, approvals, payment runs, and supplier reconciliations
* Managing contract administration for property development projects, including:

* Invoice tracking

* Payment schedules
* Compliance and supporting documentation
* Processing expense claim reimbursements
* End-to-end accounts payable and receivable for commercial and industrial properties using Re-leased Property Management System.
* Full management of tenant invoicing, rent, and outgoings recoveries
* Preparation of monthly and annual outgoings reconciliations
* Bank and trust account reconciliations across multiple entities
* Lease-related billing strictly in accordance with commercial lease terms
* Assisting with month-end reporting and budget preparation
* Liaising professionally with tenants, property managers, service providers, and contractors
* Maintaining accurate, audit-ready financial records

Experience & Capability Required

* A minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in commercial property accounting
* Knowledge of commercial lease structures, including recoveries and net leases
* Experience in contract administration related to property development projects
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong Excel skills and experience with MYOB Advanced (Acumatica)
* Experience in property and construction software such as Re-Leased and Procore is ideal but not required
* Ability to manage multiple properties, development projects, and deadlines
* Professional communication skills and a proactive approach
* A willingness to learn new software and programs
