Apply now Job no: 504711Work type: Contract Full TimeLocation: SydneyCategories: Marketing/CommunicationsUltimo, hybrid working locationContract for approximately 18 monthsBase $107K p.aThe RoleThis role will manage day-to-day operations of the Marketing Automation Platform and drive technical delivery and optimisation of 1:1 marketing campaigns.Based out of Sydney, this is an 18-month contract position.The JobThe Marketing Operations Manager will manage platform processes, day-to-day operations, and technical delivery of campaigns in the Marketing Automation Platform (currently Salesforce Marketing Cloud), to support CRM and newsletter projects and campaigns.Working closely with and reporting to the Marketing Lead, Operations, you will:Manage and optimise marketing campaign processes and documentation.Manage day-to-day operations within our Marketing Automation Platform.Liaise with CRM Managers and Newsletter Producers to support and advise on email channel delivery and best practice.Support the Marketing Lead, Operations on Marketing projects or initiatives.About YouWith extensive understanding of and experience in data-driven marketing, CRM, and lifecycle marketing, you will also have advanced experience using marketing automation platforms (particularly email channels), with a strong understanding of technical delivery and best practice.
